I am From Venezuela, but this country opened its arms to me and my family 10 years ago and since then I have been here with my 3 children Ale, Cri Cri and Gaby.
I am a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Certified Intrinsic Coach® from Intrinsic Solution International, and I am pursuing a Certificate in Peer Recovery Support.
I want to support people to achieve a higher level of wellbeing in life, through self-knowledge, promoting empowerment and self-love.
In my country I got a Bachelor Degree in Library Science and Information Science, in one of the most important universities in my country: Universidad Central de Venezuela
I love books, the information is power to me and being informed helps us make better decisions.
I have always worked with people I am passionate about service and helping others. Throughout my life I understood that external information is important but more important is knowing yourself.
At the same time, I have taken alternative studies such as Astrology and Reiki with more than 10 years of experience. I believe in holistic healing without stereotypes.
