The scope as a Health Coach includes but is not limited to:

Behavioral Change Facilitation:
Employing motivational interviewing, goal setting, and action planning to support clients in making sustainable health changes.

Health Education:
Providing clients with accurate information about nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other lifestyle factors.

Support and Accountability:
Offering ongoing support, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed to help clients achieve their goals.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:
Working alongside physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care plan for the client.

As a Health wellbeing Coach and Intrinsic Coach® , I integrate traditional methodology and the intrinsic solution approach that focuses on the client and their needs as a unique and individual being.

Intrinsic Approach:
The practices are organized around Intrinsic>Extrinsic>Sistemic. I>E>S is an organic hierarchy of thinking and valuing that produces better results with people, fewer problems living, and healthier lives. Intrinsic thinking informing extrinsic thinking informing systemic thinking. Intrinsic Coaching® is a conversation that elicited best thinking so people can create results that are important to them.

Motivational Interviewing (MI):
A client-centered, directive method for enhancing intrinsic motivation to change by exploring and resolving ambivalence.

SMART Goal Setting:
Assisting clients in setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals.

Behavioral Tracking:
Using digital platforms to monitor and track client progress on various health behaviors.

Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques:
Incorporating mindfulness practices to help clients manage stress and improve overall well-being.

Evidence-Based Resources:
Providing clients with access to reliable and scientifically-backed information and tools to support their health journey.
